Q. Format Date in VB4

I want to set the date entry format to mm/dd/yyyy
in my all forms but I am not able to do it so.

A. On the format question try this:

Text1.Text = Format$(Text1.Text,"mm/dd/yyyy")

A. You might look into using the Masked Edit Control.
To add it to a project (This works in VB5. I do not
know about VB4.) select Components from the Project
menu then check the box next to its listing. It will
then be a pick on the toolbar. This control allows
for restriction of data based on a mask.
