If you have one of the following errors with VB5 you can
find the solution at Microsoft Technical Support in Article
ID: Q181854.

 
Error 1
When trying to site a control within your project, you receive
the following error message:

 
License Information For This Component Not Found.
You Do Not Have An Appropriate License To Use
This Functionality In The Design Environment.

 
Error 2
When trying to compile your project, you receive the following
error:

 
Compile Error : Permission Denied

 
Error 3
When trying to run your project, you receive the following error:

 
Runtime Error `429` : ActiveX Component Can`t Create Object
