'Textbox Cursor/Caret Position? 

Q. Is there any command or something that will let you tell the cursor where to 
go within a specific textbox?

A. Keyword: SelStart property.

Try this to position the cursor after, say, the 3rd character:
    Text1.SelStart = 3
