Demonstration of the TransparentBlt API function.
The function is new to Windows 98 and Windows NT 
5.0 and hence does not work in versions prior to 
these.

I added Transtest.zip for those who are interested.
TransTest simply compares using the TransparentBlt
API to traditional BitBlt and mask approach to
transparency. BitBlt is about 10 x faster.
