It's quite a cool little prog - I use it - that randomizes 
your desktop images and the startup/closedown sounds

The GUI isn't finished yet so it doesn't look very nice 
but it'll do for the time being.

It also demonstrates quite a few cool things that some newbies 
might find quite usefull - like mouseover/down buttons, registry 
entries, countdown timers, list box manipulations etc.
