This code recursively creates a directory structue IF it does
not already exist .Tried on VB 4.0,5.0 & 6.0. Also works on
both Win95/98 and NT. There is a "demo" form included

Open a new project and add these files to it.

UI.frm - demo form to demonstrate the CreateDir function
IO.bas - contains the CreateDir function
