Add-In Tutorial

While the material is more advanced than what I usually post, I figure some of you that are more advanced would find this a tremendous resource. I reformatted this chapter and converted it to HTML; I also reduced the image sizes somewhat, so if there are any errors and the pictures aren't perfect it was probably me. It was the only way to reduce the sixty page chapter into seven lessons. I added this top level page in case you want to jump back to a specific section.
